We know life doesn’t always run to plan, which is why we offer each swimmer the option to book up to 3 Planned Absences within every full term, where we’ll do our best to offer a replacement session for your absence. Before submitting this form please ensure that your request meets all of the following conditions. Regrettably requests that do not comply will not be accepted:
When to Submit Your Request:
Planned Absence requests must be submitted between 14 and 7 days before the date of your absence.
- If your absence is more than 14 days away, please wait and submit your request within the submission window.
- If your absence is less than 7 days away, the Planned Absence window has now closed and we won’t be able to accommodate your request this time.
Rollovers Sessions:
Please be advised that absences cannot be carried over or added to the end of your current booking period.
Replacement Sessions:
We’re happy to offer replacement sessions as a goodwill gesture, but please note they are strictly subject to availability and the following conditions:
- They can only be offered within 14 days before or after the date of your absence.
- They must take place within your active booking period – Please check your final scheduled class on your HomePortal – if your booking ends before the replacement, you will need to top-Up first.
- They can only be offered within the same termly period and cannot be carried over to a future term.
