Important: Please Read Before Submitting
We understand that pans change, which is why we offer each swimmer the option to book up to 3 Planned Absences within every full term, where we’ll do our best to offer a replacement session for your absence. Before submitting this form, please ensure that your request meets all of the conditions below. Regrettably requests that do not comply will not be accepted:
When to Submit Your Request:
Planned Absence requests must be submitted between 14 and 7 days before the date of your absence.
- If your absence is more than 14 days away, please wait and submit your request within the submission window.
- If your absence is less than 7 days away, the Planned Absence window has now closed and we won’t be able to accommodate your request this time.
Rollovers Sessions:
Please be advised that absences cannot be carried over, banked, or added onto the end of your current booking period.
Replacement Sessions:
We’re happy to offer replacement sessions as a goodwill gesture, but please note they are strictly subject to availability and the following conditions:
- They can only be offered within 14 days either before or after the date of your absence.
- They must take place within your active booking period. Please check your final scheduled class on your HomePortal. If your booking ends before your requested replacement, you will need to Top-Up and extend your booking first.
- They can only be offered within the same termly period and cannot be carried over to a future term.
Where possible, we kindly ask that replacement sessions are taken before your planned absence. This helps us avoid holding space within classes for prolonged periods, making them unavailable to other customers and preventing active swimmers from progressing through the levels.
We’re always looking for energetic and enthusiastic instructors to join our SOS team? Do you love the water? Are you passionate about teaching and working with young people? If yes then we would love to hear from you.
