Swimming is no different, yet most children only get 30 minutes practice in the water each week, making slow progress almost inevitable.
Our BOOST courses are designed to change that. With more frequent lessons over a short period of time, swimmers build confidence, sharpen technique, and retain skills more effectively. Longer classes, focused practice, and back-to-back daily sessions create the consistency and momentum children need to fast-track progress, develop skills more quickly, and prevent regression.
